摘　　要：培养具备较强创新意识、拥有新颖创新理念和具有较高创新能力的应用型人才始终是独立学院的重要任务。独立学院应全面总结提高独立学院学生创新能力现实意义的基础上,找出制约学生创新能力提升的因素,进而转变教育观念、构建特色人才培养模式,深化实践教学改革,实行"走出去"和"引进来"方式建设创新型教学师资队伍等方面来扫除学生创新教育过程中的障碍,进而最终实现创新人才培养目标。It is an important mission for independent college to raise strong innovation consciousness, has new innovative ideas and high innovation ability .On the basis of the practical significance of improving students＇ innovation ability, independent college should find out the factors of restricting students＇ innovative ability and eliminate obstacles in the process of students＇ innovative education. In order to achieve innovation training target, independent college need to transform education concepts, construct personnel training mode, deepen practical teaching reform and build innovative teaching faculty by implementation of ＂going out＂ and ＂bringing in＂ why
