略论《伤寒论》方临床运用的思路和方法

摘　　要：《伤寒论》方具有巨大的临床实用价值。然要用好经方,必须要有正确的思路。文章从7个方面论述了《伤寒论》方临床运用的思路和方法,即根据方证对应原则使用,根据病机使用,根据主证使用,师其法而不泥其方,悟其法而引申其用,根据前人经验使用,根据现代研究使用等,以期推广和扩大经方的临床运用。Prescriptions in Shanghan Lun has great clinical practical value. But how to skillfully use prescriptions in Shanghan Lun must have right thought. This article discussed the main contents on thought and method of clinical application of prescriptions in Shanghan Lun from seven aspects. That is used by principle of prescriptions corresponding to syndromes, by pathogenesis, by main syndromes, by studying his mechanism of treating diseases without only using his prescriptions, by extending his mechanism of treating diseases, by previous experience, by modern research and so on, which is in order to promote and expand the clinical application of classical prescriptions.
