大花君子兰花期的划分及其与花粉发育的关系

摘　　要：以大花君子兰Clivia miniata为试验材料,研究君子兰花期的划分及花蕾与花粉发育的关系。结果表明:君子兰花期划分为现蕾期、含蕾期、始开期、盛开期、凋谢期5个时期。含蕾期到始开期早期的花蕾中花粉处于单核至单核晚期,在这个时期花被片尖端可见少量桃红色,花被包裹的紧实度逐渐变得松散,但花冠还未张开。含蕾期到始开期早期是小孢子培养的最佳取样时间。Floweringstages and relationship between the bud and pollen developments of Cliviaminiatawere studied.The results showed thatthe florescenceof the floral plant could be divided into 5distinctive stages：squaring,flower budding,opening,fully opening,and withering.From the flower budding to the early opening stage,the pollenswere monocytes with the tegals in peachy pink color.At the time,the buds began to loose up but yet to open widely,it was considered the best time forsampling microspore culture on the plant.
