摘　　要：农村创业人才是建设社会主义新农村的主体,也是"大众创业、万众创新"背景下激发全体社会成员创新潜能和创业活力的重要力量。近年来,许多农民创业者由于受到自身或外部环境等方面因素的影响,难以适应社会"双创"发展的要求。为此要引导农民树立创业意识,着重培养职业技能,注重提升创业技能,加强师资队伍建设以及加强与政府、高校、企业、社区等方面的合作,致力于培育高素质的农村创业人才队伍,使之更好地服务于社会主义新农村建设,进而促进大众创业和万众创新。Rural entrepreneurship is the subject of building a new socialist countryside,and in the context of the＂Public Peoples entrepreneurship and innovation＂are also arousing the public of the whole society members potential of innovation and entrepreneurship.In recent years,many migrant workers due to their own and external environment factors are difficult to adapt to the demands of the development of society.Therefore,guiding the farmers set up entrepreneurship consciousness,strengthening the occupation skill training,enhancing entrepreneurial skills,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and strengthening cooperation with the government, universities, enterprises,communities and other aspects.Committed to fostering high-quality rural entrepreneurial talents,to better serve building a new socialist countryside and promoting＂public entrepreneurship highly innovative＂development situation.
