药用葛高产种质资源筛选研究

摘　　要：为筛选适合当地种植的高产药用葛种质资源,对15份葛种质资源进行了种植试验、生物学性状调查、光合特性、相对叶绿素含量测定,并对其产量与光合特性、相对叶绿素含量进行了相关性分析.结果表明:横峰2号粉葛、湖南5号粉葛和湖南3号粉葛产量较高,其产量均在1 800 kg/667 m^2以上;产量与净光合速率呈正相关,而与相对叶绿素含量呈负相关.怀化地区适合种植的粉葛品种是横峰2号粉葛、湖南5号粉葛和湖南3号粉葛.In order to obtain the high yield germplasm resources suitable for local environment,15 samples of the medicinal Pueraria were collected for planting test and biological properties investigation. Their yield, photosynthetic characteristics,and relative chlorophyll content were measured,and the correlation between the yield and the photosynthetic characteristics,and the relative chlorophyll content were also analyzed. The results showed that P. thomsonii Hengfeng NO. 2,Hunan NO. 5 and Hunan No. 3 had higher yield than the others,which were all over 1 800 kg /667m^2; and the yield was positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate, but negatively correlated with relative chlorophyll content.Therefore,our study selected P. thomsonii Hengfeng NO. 2,Hunan NO. 5 and Hunan No. 3 as the excellent germplasm resources to cultivate in Huaihua region.
