摘　　要：特色小镇是浙江省在"适应和引领新常态中做出新作为"的一项重要举措,具有产业定位明确、文化内涵丰富、旅游功能完善、社区特征鲜明的特点。嘉兴新塍镇是浙江省的历史文化名镇和第一个美食小镇,具有资源和产业优势,其特色建设的灵魂在于文化建设,应在深入挖掘新塍传统历史文化资源的基础上,树立"以文活镇"的观念,挖掘、融合历史文化,打造具有地域文化特征的休闲养生"慢"生活旅游特色小镇。The small town with features in Zhejiang Province is an important venue with suitable and leading new normality. That is of features with clear industry position and leading new normality. That is of features with clear industry position, rich cultural connotations, perfect tourist function and clear and perfect of community characteristics. Jiaxing new Cheng Town in Zhejiang is a famous historical town with the delicious food. It is of the advantage of historic resources and industry. Its soul with feature is culture construction. It should be dug up the historic traditional resources to set up the idea of taking culture to enliven the town. It is to build this small town with the tourist concept of slowing living life.
