摘 要:《食品安全法》实施七年有余,而我国食品安全现状仍不乐观。食品消费者的应有权益未被充分考虑是重要影响因素,食品消费者是食品安全风险的承担者,有必要将其权益保护纳入食品安全系统之中。这不仅有助于我国消费者食品安全权益保护的实现,也能满足我国食品系统良性发展的需求。Food safety condition remains unoptimistic despite seven years of enforcement of Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. At present, the strategy to be taken to solve the food safety problem does not fully consider the fight and interests of the consumers. The author beheves that consumers undertake the food safety risk and damage, so their right and interests should be considered in the system of food safety. Finally we can improve the safety degree of food system to fulfill consumers' right. Not only will it assist in fulfillment of food consumer's rights protection, it will also meet the needs of sound development of food system.
