MGMT和galectin-3异常调控在结肠腺癌中的研究进展

摘　　要：MGMT作为一种DNA修复酶能够修复DNA烷化剂诱导的损伤,其基因异常甲基化与恶性肿瘤的发生关系密切;MGMT在结肠组织中高度表达,在结肠腺癌中MGMT表达的缺失。Galectin-3是一种细胞内和细胞外的凝集素,其主要参与调节细胞增殖、粘附、侵袭和凋亡,其在正常结肠组织中低表达,在结肠腺癌组织中高度表达。近年来研究发现,MGMT和Galectin-3与结肠腺癌的发生、发展、治疗预后有关,其异常调控与肿瘤发生的相关性成为肿瘤分子流行病学的新热点。As DNA repair enzymes, MGMT can repair the damage of alkylating agent. Malignant tumor is closely associated with aberrant DNA methylation. Its expression is higher in normal colon tissue except for lower in colon adenocarcinoma. Galectin-3 is a lectin, distributed in cells and extracellular. Galectin-3 is involved in cellular regulation with Proliferation, adhesion, invasion and apoptosis. Its expression is lower in normal colon tissue except for higher in colon adenocarcinoma. The recent studies revealed the closely association between MGMT and Galectin-3 and colon adenocarcinoma occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis. The abnormal regulation of MGMT and galectin-3in colon adenocarcinoma and the correlation has become the focuses in cancer epidemiology research.
