自拟疏肝和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察及作用机制探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟疏肝和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗效果及其对TNF-α、IL-β、SOD、MDA及GSH-Px的影响。方法:选取2012年9月至今来我院就诊的门诊及住院患者91例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组45例,观察组46例。对照组患者给予口服胃复春片,每次4片,每日3次,1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程;观察组患者给予院内自拟疏肝和胃汤治疗,每日1剂,分早晚2次温服,1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后2组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-β、SOD、MDA及GSH-Px的含量,以及治疗后临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组的TNF-α、IL-β及MDA的水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD及GSH-Px的水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率为82.2%,而观察组治疗总有效率为97.8%。结论:自拟疏肝和胃汤治慢性萎缩性胃炎具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the treatment effect of using Shugan Hewei Decoction in treatment of chronic atrophy gastritis and influence of TNF-α,IL-β,SOD,MDA and GSH-Px. Methods： From September 2012 to now,91 patients were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,45 cases in the controlled group and 46 cases in the observation group. The controlled group were treated with Weifuchun Pill,4 tablets each time,3 times a day,1 month for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses of treatment; patients in the observation group received Shugan Hewei Decoction,daily1 agent,sooner or later,2 times to take lukewarm,1 month for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses. The contents of GSH-Px,IL-β,SOD,MDA and TNF-α were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups,and the clinical effects were also observed. Results： The levels of MDA,IL-α and TNF-β in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,GSH-Px and SOD levels were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate was 82. 2% in the controlled group,and the total effective rate was 97. 8%. Conclusion： It has good clinical curative effect of using Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,it is worthy of clinical application.
