摘 要:针对传统的电阻层析成像系统存在的精度低、稳定度差、动态响应慢的问题,设计了一种新型的ERT测量系统。主要从硬件电路设计及微弱信号处理着手,提出了解决方案。硬件部分主要设计了激励信号源、电流源电路、电极选通逻辑控制电路、程控放大、乘法解调、低通滤波等功能电路,实现了对ERT微弱信号的调理。以STM32F4作为主控芯片,采用模数转换器AD7606实现了数据采集,提高数据采集系统硬件电路的性能,提高系统的稳定性、实时性和数据精度。For the presence of the conventional electrical resistance tomography system accuracy is low,the stability is poor,the dynamic response is slow,a new type of ERT measurement system was designed. Hardware circuit was analyzed and weak signal processing was done in order to solve theses problems. Hardware mainly included the excitation signal source,a current source circuit,electrode gating logic control circuit,a programmable amplification,multiplication demodulator and low-pass filtering function circuit to solve the ERT weak signal conditioning. Through adopting STM32F4 as the main chip of electrical resistance tomography system,data acquisition was realized by using a digital converter AD7606,which improved the performance of the hardware circuit of data acquisition system,improving the stability,real-time performance and data accuracy of the system.
