脑动脉粥样硬化与内分泌因子相关性分析

摘  要:目的观察脑动脉粥样硬化患者血清脂蛋白LP(a)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血浆脂联素、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)等内分泌因子水平与其动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。方法该院2013年9月—2015年4月间收治的神经内科门诊及住院病人,经颅脑MRA判断脑动脉粥样硬化程度,随机分为脑动脉粥样硬化组(AS组=140例)和正常组(NC组=156例),检测两组患者血清脂蛋白LP(a)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血浆脂联素、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)等内分泌因子水平。结果 AS组脂蛋白LP(a)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)[(1.31±0.11),(1.78±0.11)]较NC组[(0.81±0.08),(0.76±0.09)]显著升高,AS组脂联素、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)[(11±4.1),(0.74±0.07)]较NC组[(146±20.8),(0.89±0.08)]明显降低(P<0.01)。结论脂蛋白LP(a)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是脑动脉粥样硬化的危险因素,脂联素、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)对动脉粥样硬化有一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the correlation between the endocrine factors such as serum lipoprotein LP(a), homocysteine(Hcy),adiponectin and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and its degrees of atherosclerosis. Methods 280 cases of neurological outpatients and inpatients admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into the cerebral atherosclerosis group(AS group =140) and normal group(NC group =156), the endocrine factors such as serum lipoprotein LP(a), homocysteine(Hcy), adiponectin and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) of the two groups were detected. Results The serum lipoprotein LP(a), homocysteine(Hcy) in the AS group obviously increased compared with those in the NC group, [(1.31±0.11),(1.78±0.11) vs(0.81±0.08),(0.76±0.09)], the adiponectin and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in the AS group obviously decreased compared with those in the NC group(all P〈0.01). Conclusion The lipoprotein LP(a) and homocysteine(Hcy) are risk factors of cerebral atherosclerosis, and the adiponectin and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) have a certain protection effect on atherosclerosis.
