激光虹膜切除术在早期原发性闭角型青光眼中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨激光虹膜切除术临床治疗早期原发性闭角型青光眼的效果。方法随机选取170例早期原发性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各85例,观察组患者在甘露醇联合毛果芸香碱药物治疗的基础上采取激光虹膜切除术治疗,对照组采取单纯的甘露醇联合毛果芸香碱药物治疗,对研究进行回顾性分析,比较两组患者治疗有效率及治疗后眼内压和视力的水平。结果观察组治疗有效率(90.6%)明显高于对照组(80.0%)且治疗后的眼内压和视力水平(18.67±2.34,0.8±0.2)明显优于对照组(23.06±1.07,0.5±0.1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光虹膜切除术临床治疗早期原发性闭角型青光眼的效果显著,有效降低了患者的眼内压且提高了患者的视力水平,治疗有效率明显提高,改善了患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of laser iridectomy in clinical treatment of early primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods 170 cases of patients with early primary angle-closure glaucoma were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 85 cases in each, the observation group were treated with laser iridectomy on the basis of mannitol combined with pilocarpine, the control group were treated with simple mannitol combined with pilocarpine, the research was retrospectively analyzed, and the treatment effective rates, intra-ocular pressures and vision levels after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（90.6% vs 80.0%）, the intra-ocular pressure and vision level after treatment in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, [（18.67 ±2.34）,（0.8 ±0.2） vs（23.06 ±1.07）,（0.5 ±0.1）], and the differences were statistically significant P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of laser iridectomy in clinical treatment of early primary angle-closure glaucoma is obvious, which effectively decreases the patient’s intra-ocular pressure and improve the patient’s vision level, the treatment effective rate was obviously improved, and it improves the patient’s quality of life, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
