奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效。方法整群选取2009年6月—2013年1月收治的114例晚期结肠癌患者,随机分为两组各57例,观察组给予奥沙利铂联合替吉奥,对照组给予奥沙利铂,5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙,比较两组治疗效果和生存率。结果观察组有效率为56.1%,对照组有效率为33.3%(P<0.05),观察组患者1年,2年生存率与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌临床疗效满意,值得应用。Objective To discuss the curative effect of oxaliplatin combined with S-1 in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 114 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted and treated from June 2009 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each, the observation group were treated with ox- aliplatin combined with S-1, the control group were treated with oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin, the treatment ef- fects and survival rates were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 56.1% in the observation group and 33.3% in the control group, P〈0.05, the differences in the 1-year and 2-year survival rates between the observa- tion group and the control group had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of oxaliplatin combined with S-1 in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer is satisfactory, which is worth application.
