子宫内膜癌应用新辅助化疗治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新辅助化疗治疗子宫内膜癌的效果。方法整群选取2012年4月—2015年4月期间在该院接诊的106例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,根据临床治疗方法不同,将其分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组53例。了解患者的CA125水平,对患者治疗后随访,了解患者5年无瘤生存、5年生存情况。结果在接受不同治疗情况下,两组子宫内膜癌患者5年无瘤生存率、5年生存率对比,观察组5年无瘤生存率为88.67%,5年生存率为94.34%,对照组5年无瘤生存率为49.05%,5年生存率为956.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗治疗子宫内膜癌的临床效果较好,安全性好。Objective To discuss the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of endometrial cancer. Methods 106 cases of patients with endometrial cancer diagnosed in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 53 cases in each according to the different treatment methods, the CA125 levels of patients were known, and the 5-year free survival rate and 5-year survival rate of the patients were known through follow-up after treatment. Results The differences in the 5-year free survival rate and 5-year survival rate between the observation group and the control group were bigger after different treatments,（88.67 %, 94.34 % vs 49.05 %, 956.60%）, P〈 0.05 Conclusion The clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of endometrial cancer is good with good safety.
