脂质体紫杉醇周疗方案与普通紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌的疗效及不良反应比较

摘　　要：目的探讨脂质体紫杉醇周疗方案与普通紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法方便选取该院2012年1月—2013年8月收治的乳腺癌患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取普通紫杉醇进行治疗;观察组实施脂质体紫杉醇周疗。结果观察组患者的恶心呕吐症状为6.66%,对照组为23.33%,对比其皮疹、肌肉痛、面部潮红、脱发等观察指标,观察组均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌患者,使用脂质体紫杉醇周疗方案治疗的效果较普通紫杉醇治疗效果更为明显,值得在临床上推广。Objective To study the curative effect and adverse reactions of weekly dose of paclitaxel liposome and normal paclitaxel in treatment of breast cancer.Methods 60 cases of patients with breast cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group were treated with normal paclitaxel and the observation group were given weekly dose of paclitaxel liposome.Results The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting symptoms was 6.66% in the observation group and 23.33% in the control group,and the observation indexes including rash,muscle pain,flush and alopecia in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion For patients with breast cancer,the treatment effect of the weekly dose of paclitaxel liposome is more obvious than that of the normal paclitaxel,which is worth clinical promotion.
