摘 要:目的研究微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定馕中铅含量的测量不确定度评定方法。方法采用微波消解前处理技术,利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对馕中铅的含量进行测定,建立相应的数学模型,对模型中各种不确定因素进行量化处理。结果研究表明,不确定度的主要来源为标准溶液的配制、样品的称量、容器器具的体积、标准曲线拟合以及重复性测定等,馕中铅的测定结果为(0.065±0.004)mg/kg。结论该评定方法适用于微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定馕中铅含量测量不确定度分析。Objective To study a method for uncertainty evaluation on the determination of Pb in naan bread with microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods The concentration of Pb in naan bread was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry with microwave digestion,the corresponding mathematical model was established,and uncertainty factors in the mathematical model were quantified. Results The study showed that the preparation of standard solution,weighing of the sample,the volume of a volumetric apparatus,standard curve fitting and repeatability were the main sources of uncertainty. The determination result of Pb in naan bread was( 0.065±0.004) mg / kg. Conclusion This evaluation method is suitable to determining the uncertainty of Pb in naan bread by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
