摘　　要：目的为了培养出合格的肿瘤学人才及提高肿瘤临床教学的效果,探讨美国国家综合癌症网络（National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN）在指导临床教学中的意义。方法以2013年12月~2015年8月西安交通大学医学部肿瘤学系的研究生32名为研究对象,对其采用NCCN指南的教学模式进行临床学习,实习前后分别对肺癌基本知识进行测试并对比,来评价NCCN教学效果。结果与实习前相比,实习结束后所有研究生在肺癌诊疗知识均提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且基于NCCN指南的教学获得了临床研究生的认可。结论 NCCN指南指导的临床培训能提高研究生对肺癌知识的掌握及多学科规范化诊疗技能。Objective We conducted a analysis to investigate the effect of National Comprehensive Cancer Network in lung cancer clinical teaching for postgraduates. Methods The records were collected of 32 postgraduates studied from December 2013 to August 2015 in our department who were taught the knowledge of lung cancer from NCCN. The effectiveness of teaching was evaluated after their clinical practice compared with their basic knowledge before. By questionnaire, the satisfaction to teaching method of lung cancer was tested. Results The test score of lung cancer knowledge improved and the statistically significant difference could be seen. The interns agree that NCCN contribute to broaden their knowledge about the standardized diagnosis and treatment in lung cancer. ConclusionNCCN may help the postgraduates to enrich the lung cancer knowledge and improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment skills in lung cancer.
