摘　　要：近些年来随着经济的增长我国高校建设正在进行快速的发展,高校建设主要体现在教育水平与教育设施上,图书馆作为学校的一个重要的组成部分,它的发展对高校整体的发展起到了重要的推动的作用。现阶段我国高校图书馆正在进行改革,高校数字图书馆门户的构建已经正式实施,高校数字图书馆门户的构建与服务还存在一定的问题,所以在下一阶段对高效数字图书馆存在的问题进行完善与解决是主要的目标。只有将高校数字图书馆的构建放在首要的位置上才能使我国高校建设在未来更好地发展,从而带动我国整体的教育水平。In recent years with the growth of the economy in Colleges and universities of our country construction ongoing rapid development, the construction of colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the level of education and educational facilities, library as the school an important part, its development on the development of the University as a whole to impor-tant role in promoting. At the present stage in academic libraries of our country is gradually of reform, the construction of university digital library portal has been formally implemented, University Digital Library Portal Construction and service, there are still some problems, so in the next stage of efficient digital library of was improved and solved is the main target. Only the construction of Digital Library in Colleges and universities in the first place to make the future development of China＆#39;s colleges and universities in the future, so as to promote the overall level of education in china.
