摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助放疗使用电子线照射致胸壁皮肤损伤的相关因素。方法对78例乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助放疗使用电子线照射胸壁的资料进行回顾性分析。结果接受电子线照射的78例患者胸壁100%发生照射部位皮肤放射损伤,其中1级20例、2级46例、3级12例,无4级损伤。放射损伤相关因素为电子线的能量、加用补偿膜、合并糖尿病和肥胖(P<0.01),与肿瘤分期、部位、年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论电子线照射的放疗计划要全面评估病人的一般情况,重点监测受照射部位的皮肤状态,对具有高危皮肤损伤因素的患者要采取预防性措施,降低受照射部位皮肤的损伤。Objective To investigate the related factors of the chest wall skin lesion induced by electron irradiation after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods The data of 78 patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1 cases of radiation injury of chest wall in 78 patients receiving electron irradiation, including grade 20, 2, 46, 12, 3, and no 4. Radiation injury related factors for the energy of the electron, plus compensation film, combined with diabetes and obesity (P〈0.01), and tumor stage, location, age independent (P〉0.05). Conclusion Electron beam radiotherapy plans to a comprehensive assessment of the patient&#39;s general condition, focus on monitoring by the exposed parts of the skin condition, of patients with high risk factors of skin damage to take preventive measures, to reduce radiation skin damage.
