摘  要:目的:了解长治市中学生抑郁情绪的现状,及其与学校教育某些因素的相关性,以发现目前长治市中学生教育特别是心理健康教育中可能存在的问题。方法采用横断面抽样调查,选取长治市区七-十二年级的中学生共2363人,采用儿童抑郁障碍自评量表、一般情况调查表等进行问卷调查。结果长治市23.1%的中学生存在抑郁情绪,高中生的检出率高于初中生,非独生子女高于独生子女,差异有具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。对目前教育满意、认为心理健康重要、自身可能存在心理问题、需要心理方面的帮助,以及认为自身能够获得足够的心理知识是存在抑郁情绪的保护因素,以上各因素水平下降则发生抑郁情绪的危险性增加。结论长治市中学生的抑郁情绪检出率较高,与当地中学生的教育模式有关,应该受到社会各界的广泛关注。Objective To understand the status quo of emotional depression of Changzhi’s middle school students, and its correlation with certain factors of school education, so that to discover some potential problems of Changzhi’s middle school education, especially on psychological heath.Methods Using cross-sectional sampling approach, 2363 students from grade 7 to 12 in Changzhi were selected. Questionnaire survey was conducted through Depression Self–rating Scale for Children forms and general situation investigation forms. Results 23.1% of Changzhi’s middle school students were found with emo-tional depression. In terms of the revealed rate of prevalence, high school students’ is higher than junior high school stu-dents’, and non-single-child students’ higher than single-child students’, and the results are statistically significant (P﹤0.05). The decrease of the following factors are associated with increase of the danger of emotional depression: level of sat-isfaction with the present education, perceived importance of psychological health, perceived potential existing psychological problems, personal need for psychological help, and one’s perceived access to psychological knowledge as a protection a-gainst the occurrence of emotional depression. Conclusion The revealed rate of prevalence of emotional depression is rela-tively high for Changzhi’s middle school students, and it is partly caused by the local education model. This deserves to be acknowledged widely.
