桐乡市2014—2015年感染性腹泻副溶血弧菌分离株检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解该市感染性腹泻副溶血弧菌主要血清型、携带毒力因子情况和耐药性情况。方法对2014—2015年期间的40株副溶血弧菌分离株进行血清凝集、毒力基因检测和耐药性分析。结果分离到3种血清型:O3:K6 22株(55%),O4:K8 12株(30%),O2:KUT 2株(5%),另外10%未分型;TDH阳性24株,阳性率60%,TRH阳性0株;对除碳青霉烯类和喹诺酮类外的6大类抗生素均有耐药性,其中对β-内酰胺类、叶酸代谢途径抑制剂及氯霉素的耐药性相对较高,对两种以上抗生素耐的有4株,占10%。结论该市副溶血弧菌感染性腹泻以O3:K6为主,毒力基因tdh阳性率较高,对六大类抗生素有耐药性,但耐药性不严重。Objective To investigate the serotypes,toxic genes and antibiotics resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from infectious diarrhea patients in Tongxiang city.Methods 40 Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates during 2014 to 2015 in Tongxiang city were serotyped,thermostable direct hemolysin gene（tdh） and thermostable direct hemolysin-related gene（trh）of which were determined by PCR,and drug sensitive was tested by the method of disk diffusion.Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates were serotyped to 3 serotype：O3：K6：55%,O4：K8：30%,and O2：KUT 5%,the rest 10% were unserotyped;24 of 40 were determined tdh positive,the positive rate was 60%;none were trh positive;Except carbopenems and quinolones,all the Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates were resistant to other kinds of antibiotics,showing relatively higher resistance to β-lactams,folate pathway inhibitors and chloromycetins.And there were 4 isolates resistant to more than 2 kinds of antibiotics simultaneously,for 10%.Conclusion The most popular type of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from infectious diarrhea patients in Tongxiang city was O3：K6;the positive rate of thermostable direct hemolysin gene（tdh） was relatively high;all the Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates were resistant to 6 of 8 kind of antibiotics,but not very serious.
