摘 要:目的探讨影像教学资源库于影像诊断实训中的应用价值。方法于2015年6月13—20日间选取该院2012级医学影像专业学生共112人,将其以数字随机分组法均分为实验组及对照组,每组56人。对实验组学生行PACS实训教学法;对照组行胶片读片教学法,观察对比试验后两组学生专业能力提升情况及实训成绩。结果实训后,与对照组学生对比,实验组学生影像诊断专业能力得分明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生影像诊断能力较对照组学生提升更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生满意程度明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论于影像诊断实训中使用数字化影像教学法,教学效果极佳,学生满意程度高,值得进一步推广使用。Objectile To investigate the image and value of Teaching Resources Training in Diagnostic Imaging.Methods In June 2015 from 13 to 20 during the day in our hospital Medical Imaging 2012 a total of 112 students,which is a digital randomization method were divided into experimental group and a control group of 56 people.The experimental group of students line PACS training pedagogy;the control group underwent the film after reading sheet approach,two groups of students observe the comparative test conditions and training to enhance the professional competence achievement.Results After training,compared with the control group of students in the experimental group of students Diagnostic Imaging professional competence score significantly higher,statistically significant differences(P〈0.05);the experimental group than the control group imaging diagnostic ability of students to enhance the more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the experimental group was significantly higher degree of satisfaction,significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Training in Diagnostic Imaging in digital imaging teaching,teaching with excellent results,high student satisfaction,worthy of further promoting the use.
