摘　　要：目的探讨用秩和比法动态综合评价医院绩效,提高医院管理和决策水平。方法采用秩和比法对某三级甲等医院2010—2015年绩效指标进行综合评价。结果该院综合绩效近年来呈现稳步上升态势。结论用秩和比法(RSR)评价医院绩效,科学实用,表达直观。Objective To investigate the application of Rank Sum-Ratio in dynamically and comprehensively evaluating hospital performance,for improve the management and decision-making level of the hospital issues.Methods Performance indicators from 2010 to 2015 of a general grade Ⅲ-A hospital were comprehensively evaluated with Rank Sum—Ratio.Results This hospitals comprehensive performance kept ascending by in recent years.Conclusion It is scientific,easy and intuitionistic to evaluate the performance of hospital management with RSR method.
