摘　　要：目的加强创新能力培养,提高培养质量,一直是研究生教育的基本任务和追求目标。随着教育规模的不断扩大,如何解决研究生创新能力的提升问题已经刻不容缓,而建立研究生创新教育培养基地、构建创新教育平台正是解决这一问题的重大举措。该文以河南省洛阳正骨医院与河南中医药大学共建中医骨伤研究生教育创新培养基地模式为例,详细阐述了建立中医骨伤研究生教育创新培养基地的必要性、可行性、目标及具体措施。Strengthening innovation ability and improving education quality have been the basic tasks and the pursuit of goals of graduate education.With the continuous expansion of education,how to solve the problem of enhancing the innovation ability is without delay.However the establishment of graduate students＇ innovative education training basement and innovative educational platform is just an important measure to solve this problem.Taking Henan Luoyang Orthopedics Hospital and Henan University of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics building graduate innovation education basement as an example,this article detailed elaborates the necessity,the feasibility,objectives and specific measures of establishing Orthopedics graduate innovative training and education base.
