摘　　要：针对医院传统手工登记人事变动及职工信息的不便,文中开发与设计了基于JSP技术的医院人力资源管理系统,该系统界面简洁,操作流程简单,且实现了系统权限的分级管理,确保了信息安全并保护了个人隐私;其次,系统集成了职工信息批量录入,职工相片批量上传,轮岗信息管理等功能,使得人事管理人员的工作更为高效,快捷,实现了医院人力信息的科学管理。In this paper, the hospital human resources management system is developed and designed as the inconvenience and inefficient of registration of personnel changes and worker information by traditional manual way. the system interface is simple, operation is simple, and to achieve a hierarchical management system privileges, ensure information security and the protection of personal privacy; secondly, the system integrates information batch entry workers, workers batch upload photos,rotation information management functions, personnel managers make work more efficient, fast, to achieve the scientific management of hospital human information.
