On Master's Image Variation and Its Reasons in Poetry Talks of San Zang Going on a Pilgrimage for Buddhist Scriptures

摘  要:阐述了《大唐三藏取经诗话》之前的玄奘书写,将宋代刊刻的《大唐三藏取经诗话》与唐代的《大慈恩寺三藏法师传》等传记相比,《大唐三藏取经诗话》中的法师形象产生了变异,包括法师身世神异化、法师能力弱化、法师性格变化。分析了法师形象趋向世俗化和神异化的原因,认为主要是受佛教世俗化、《大唐三藏取经诗话》的民间文学性质及诗话体文学诙谐传统的影响。This paper elaborates on Xuanzang's writing before Poetry Talks of San Zang Going on a Pil- grimage for Buddhist Scriptures, and compares Poetry Talks of Tang Priest Going on a Pilgrimage for Buddhist Scriptures in the Song Dynasty with various biographies like San Zang Master's biography in Cien Temple. It is found that the master's image in Poetry Talks of San Zang Going on a Pilgrimage for Buddhist Scriptures has transformed, namely, God alienation of master 's life experience, weakening abil- ity of master, and master's personality changes. Then it also analyzes the reasons of God secularization and alienation of master's image, and concludes that it is mainly due to the impact of secularization of Buddhism, folk literary nature and humorous tradition of poetry talks literature.
