天津市基本医保诊疗项目编码现状及设计研究

摘　　要：本研究综合分析我国部分地区的医保诊疗项目编码现状及天津医保诊疗项目实际情况,结合国内外医疗服务相关编码经验,对天津市医保诊疗项目编码研究提出对策建议。设计天津市医保诊疗项目的分类和编码工作,以实现天津市医保信息的数字化与标准化,从而有效服务于医疗保险经办部门的统计分析和质量管理,也为医疗保险管理的循证决策提供支撑。This study comprehensively analyzed the status of health insurance diagnose and treament information coding in part of China and Tianjin. Combined with ours and foreign medical service coding experience, some countermeasures for coding health insurance diagnose and treatment information in Tianjing were suggested. The purpose of designing medical insurance diagnose and treatment classification and coding system is to digitize and standardize health insurance information of Tianjing, to effectively serve the statistical analysis and quality management of medical insurance agencies, and to provide support for evidence-based decision-making in health insurance management.
