人工泪管（Medpor）修复眼眶骨折伴泪道阻塞

摘　　要：目的观察高密度多孔聚乙烯（Medpor）人工泪管植入治疗复合性眼眶骨折伴泪道阻塞的疗效。方法外伤性泪道阻塞17例（17眼）行人工泪管植入术，术后随访6—36个月。结果术后溢泪消失或改善，冲洗通畅，术后并发症包括人工泪管结膜侧管口肉芽增生息肉生长2例（11．8％），管口周围结膜瘢痕覆盖2例（11．8％）。结论Medpor人工泪管植入手术能明显改善外伤性泪道阻塞患者的溢泪症状，术后并发症处理后，管腔通畅，达到引流泪液的目的，手术安全有效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of high-density porous polyethylene artificial nasolacrimal canal （medpor） implantation for complex orbital fracture combined with lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Seventeen eyes of 17 patients with traumatic lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with artificial nasolacrimal canal implantation. The patients were followed up for 6-36 months after the surgery. Results The epiphora disappeared or improved in all the patients. Postoperative complications including granulation hyperplasia and polyps growing in conjunctival side of the artificial nasolacrimal canal happened in 2 cases （ 11. 8% ） and scar covering around the nasolacrimal canal happened in 2 cases （11.8%）. Conclusion Artificial nasolacrimal canal （medpor） implantation can obviously improve epiphora in patients with traumatic lacrimal duct obstruction. The method is safe and effective.
