远达性外伤性视网膜病变治疗效果的系统评价

摘　　要：远达性外伤性视网膜病变（retinopathy of Purtscher）是一种罕见病。本文通过对中、外文资料系统检索，收集到远达性视网膜病变的单个病例报告或病例系列报告76篇，总计88个病例。远达性视网膜病变的治疗措施主要有糖皮质激素（63％），中医药（10％）、糖皮质激素联合中医药（8％）和其他中西医结合治疗（6％）等。治疗与不治疗患者的视力均有改善作用，不治疗与糖皮质激素以及不同治疗措施的整体效果的差异无统计学意义。Purtscher retinopathy is a rare disease. In order to evaluate the treatment effect of Purtscher retinopathy, the main databases were searched, which included PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and so forth. A total of 76 studies were found, which included 88 cases. Current treatments of Purtscher retinopathy were glucocorticoid therapy （63%）, traditional Chinese medicine therapy （ 10% ）, glucocorticoid combining traditional Chinese medicine therapy （8%） and Chinese combining Western medicine therapy （6 % ）. Whether to be treated or not, all the patients had a favorable outcome of improved vision. While the differences between non-treatment, glucocorticoid therapy or combined with other treatment were not statistically significant.
