摘  要:目的通过超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)测量评价原发性房角关闭(primary angle closure,PAC)患者激光周边虹膜切除术(laser peripheral iridotomy,LPI)后的短期房角生物形态学变化。方法连续收集2010年10月至2011年10月就诊于本院眼科中心的20例PAC患者为研究对象,其中,男3例(15%),女17例(85%),平均年龄为(62.3±10.4)岁。所有PAC患者均行双眼LPI,随机选取一只PAC患眼纳入研究。所有患者LPI术前及术后早期均行眼科常规检查及UBM检查。结果LPI术后,PAC患者巩膜突前750μm处房角开放距离由(0.19±0.10)mm增至(0.40±0.41)mm(P<0.05);前房深度由(1.64±0.44)mm增至(2.70±2.32)mm(P<0.05);房角隐窝面积由(0.12±0.05)mm2增至(0.23±0.09)mm2(P<0.05)。结论 LPI在术后早期可增加PAC患眼的房角开放度。Objective To quantitatively evaluate the changes in the morphology of anterior chamber angle by using ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM)after laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) in patients with primary angle closure (PAC). Method From October 2010 to October 2011, a total of 20 eyes with PAC of 20 consecutive patients were enrolled. LPI was performed in both eyes,one PAC eye was randomly selected for this study. Routine ophthalmic tests and UBM examination were performed before and after LPI. Result A total of 20 patients included 3 males and 17 females fulfilled the above inclusion criteria and were included in this study. After LPI, AOD750 increased from (0.19±0.10) mm to (0.40±0.41) mm (P 〈 0.05); anterior chamber depth increased from (1.64±0.44) mm to (2.70±2.32) mm (P 〈 0.05); the angle recess area increased from (0.12±0.05) mm^2 to (0.23±0.09) mm^2 (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion LPI can significantly widen the peripheral anterior angle in eyes and can increase anterior chamber volume in PAC patients.
