试论中医健康状态精气神动态模型的构建

摘　　要：金字塔是稳固长久的象征,凝结了人类的智慧,体现着人与自然的关系,中医精气神是人体三要素,为解释人体构成提供了理论依据,以中医精气神为依据,提出构建人体健康的精气神金字塔动态模型,因精气神对人体的作用及关系正如金字塔的结构一般,将两者联系起来,能更加形象的展示精气神对构成、维持人体健康的作用。能增强对人体精气神养护的认识,有利于提高人民健康水平,推动进一步研究。To explore the the compositional principles between Essence, Qi, Spirit and health status of human body, we combined Essence, Qi, and Spirit of traditional Chinese medicine theory with pyramid-like solid structure.Pyramid is a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian civilization, with its magnificent scale and ingenuity, represent delicate but complicated relationship between man and nature. In this paper, it put forward a new concept that to consrtruct the dynamic Pyramid model of Essence, Qi, and Spirit in health status of human body. Essence, Qi, and Spirit play important roles in functions of people＇s physical, psychological and social activities. The combination will lead the illustrations become more vivid and easily understandable. In order to make benefit to improve Essence, Qi and Spirit maintenance and improve health consciousness, raise health level of human body.
