摘　　要：电力企业施工人员是电网工程项目建设的实施者,是决定电网工程建设质量的重要因素。分析了现阶段电网建设工程施工队伍素质及培训现状,分别从施工人员考评准入及系统性培训规划建立两个方面,对施工队伍素质提升进行探索。The construction crews of electric power enterprise are the implementers of power grid projects,as well as an important factor in determining the quality of power grid construction.This paper analyzes the quaility and training status quo of power grid construction personnel,and explores into improving their perfessional quality respectively from the admittance,assessment and systematic training planning.
