摘 要:当光伏发电系统所连电网发生短路故障时,光伏电源的故障电流会发生暂态突变,但由于逆变器控制电路的保护作用,短路电流的幅值较小,因而传统的保护方法对光伏并网发电系统不一定适用。为寻求适合光伏并网发电系统的保护方法,建立了基于PSCAD/EMTDC的光伏并网发电系统仿真模型,对其短路电流的特性进行了仿真分析,利用希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)对故障电流的波形进行分解,提出一种基于HHT的光伏并网发电系统保护方法,并进行了算例分析。结果表明,在含有光伏发电的电网发生短路故障时,该保护方法具有一定的有效性和可行性。When the short circuit faults of grid-connected PV( photovoltaic) power system supply occurred,the fault current of PV power happens transient,due to the protective effect of inverter control circuit,the amplitude of fault current is small,as a result that the traditional detection methods cann't satisfy the requirements of grid connected PV generation. In order to seek protection method for grid-connected PV power system,the simulation model was set up based on PSCAD / EMTDC,the characteristics of the short-circuit current are analyzed,and Hilbert-Huang transform( HHT) was proposed to decompose the fault waveform of current,which found the instantaneous frequency of the fault current is changing when single-phase to ground fault occurs,with this the protection scheme of grid connected PV system based on HHT is proposed. The effectiveness and feasibility of this protection scheme are verified.
