摘  要:装载机传动系统的扭转振动是整车振动的重要分支,对整车的舒适性和平顺性具有较大影响,尤其是在工程机械功率大,发动机负荷大的情况下,研究车辆传动系统的扭振特性具有一定现实意义。运用光纤转速传感器对传动轴系的扭振进行测试,通过分析,提出装载机额载工况下主要扭振模态及相应的改进方案,为整车振动、噪声性能改进提供参考。Torque vibration at loaders transmission system is an important sideway of vibration for the whole vehicle,which affects greatly the car-body's riding comfort and smoothness especially under conditions where a working machine is in big power and the engine is under heavy load.So that it is of a certain significance to study on torque characters of a vehicular transmission system.In this case an optic-fiber RPM sensor was used to test the drive shaft system's torque vibration and thru analyses to put forth the main modals of vibration with corresponding plans for improvements as a reference for better vibration and noise reduction of the whole vehicle under rated load conditions.
