摘　　要：信息技术在传统产业中的应用促进了这些产业的转型升级,但不同产业两化融合之路各异。本文围绕食品工业,从信息技术在食品工业中的应用出发,参照《工业企业"信息化和工业化融合"评估规范(试行)》提出的两化融合评价框架,基于相关专利,从两化融合基础设施投入、融合度、经济效益和社会效应等方面,运用Granger因果关系模型和VAR脉冲信号响应模型,分析食品工业两化融合的经济效益和社会效益,提出推进食品工业两化深度融合,加速食品工业转型升级的见解与思路。Information technology is promoting upgrade conventional industries through IT application in such sectors, but there are different development paths among different industries. This paper was based on the present situation of IT application in food industry and such related patents, analyzed the performance from investment of infrastructure, to degrees of integration between IT application ＆ industrialization, to economic factor, to social factor which according to framework ＂The Trial Evaluation Criterion of integration between IT Application ＆ Industrialization of Industrial Enterprise＂. And finally, some suggestions would present in this paper.
