摘　　要：宋代是中国古代帝国时期政治经济发展前后阶段的转折时期,政治制度的转变可谓翻天覆地,同时也是生活方式转变的节点和文化发展中至关重要的时期。正如严复所说：＂占人好读前四史,亦以其文字耳,若研究人心,政俗之变,则赵宋一代最宜究心。中国所以成为今同现象者,为善为恶姑不具论,而为宋人之所造就,十八九可断言也。＂北宋从建国之始就推行文冶政策,加上完善的科举选官制度,构建了十分理性的社会制度,形成了＂唯有读书高＂的社会风气,造就了强大的士大夫阶层。一方面主导了宋朝的政治发展进程,同时,这个阶层又具有较高的文化素养,一时被称为文化的旗手。他们追求高雅的艺术趣味和精致的生活,使风雅成为一时之风气。Persons in Song dynasty lived an exquisite and rich life.No matter what they are literators or folk plutocrat.they have special demands.There is nothing that can stand for the cultural interests of Song dynasty most than burning joss stick,pointing tea.painting and flower arrangement.As a plume of liglit smoke rolls up.tasting a sweet tea.appreciating the paintings made by the famous artists will be graceful and elegant naturally.In order to trace the graceful life and elaborate wares of Song dynasty,School of Archaeology and Museology of Peking University held an exhibition to exhibit the treasured wares of Song and Yuan dynasties collected by Mr.Mai Putai,master of 'Taihua Guxuan' for over twenty years.The quantity,quality and complete category of these wares amazed us.This exhibition is held in order to bring the audience to explore and experience the interests of today's life
