彩超引导下肾自动活检术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾自动活检术的成功率和并发症。方法:术者和引导者均为超声医生,在超声引导下应用自动活检装置,斜角进针对102例肾脏病患者进行肾穿刺活检。结果:穿刺成功101例,成功率为99.0%。腰痛9例,发生率为8.8%,肉眼血尿或血尿加重10例,发生率为9.8%,肾周血肿13例,发生率12.7%。结论:该方法具有引导精确、穿刺针较细、穿刺针数少、取材成功率高、并发症少的优点,特别是对进针点选择困难、背部较窄有弧度、肥胖或超力体型的患者具有无可比拟的优越性。Objective： To assess the successful rate and complications of automatic renal biopsy.Method： Both the surgeon and the guide were uhrasound doctors, ultrasound guided automatic biopsy device, oblique angle into the 102 cases of kidney disease for renal biopsy.Result： Puncture success in 101 cases, the success rate of 99.0%.Low back pain occurred in 9 cases, and the incidence was 8.8%, gross hematuria or hematuria increased in 10 cases, the incidence was 9.8%, there were 13 cases of renal hematoma, and the incidence was 12.7%.Conclusion： The method has the advantages of accurate guidance, fine needle aspiration, few punclure needles, high material success rate and few complications, especially for the choice of the needle point of difficulty, the back is narrow, and the body of the obese or overweight patients with unparalleled superiority.
