胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析22例经手术病理证实的胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者的临床资料和螺旋CT征象,其中神经内分泌瘤15例,神经内分泌癌7例。所有患者均具备平扫和三期增强扫描资料。结果:22例患者中,12例强化峰值出现在动脉期。明显强化6例,中度强化13例,低度强化3例。静脉期、延迟期强化程度缓慢下降。两组肿瘤直径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组肿瘤平扫Ct值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组肿瘤峰值CT值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤CT征象有明显特征,可以和大多数胰腺肿瘤鉴别,增强峰值强度大小有助于良恶鉴别。Objective： To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.Method： The clinical and msct data of 22 pNENs patients were retrospectively analyzed.Neuroendocrine tumor in 15 cases, and neurocndocrine carcinoma in 7 cases.All patients had plain scan and three phase enhanced scan data.Result, In 22 cases, 12 cases of enhancement peak appeared in arterial phase.Obvious enhancement in 6 eases, moderate enhancement in 13 cases, 3 cases of low degree of enhancement.Venous phase, delayed enhancement of the degree of slow decline.There was no significant difference in tumor diameter hetween the two groups（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in CT values between the two groups（P〉0.05）, comparison oftwo groups of tumor peak value CT, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors CT signs have obvious characteristics, and most of the pancreatic tumors can be identified, enhance the peak intensity of the size of good and bad.
