摘 要:双块式无砟轨道是客运专线铁路较常用的一种轨道结构形式,底座作为这种轨道结构在桥梁地段的重要组成部分,目前其设计基本参照通用图采用普通钢筋混凝土结构。在工程实践中,由于普通钢筋混凝土结构自身存在一定缺点而不能保证无砟轨道结构底座强度和耐久性。因此,本文结合成渝客专铁路,从配筋率、混凝土强度、裂缝宽度及经济性4个方面对底座优化设计方案进行研究与分析,结果表明:底座采用纵横向钢筋直径10 mm,纵向38根,横向80根(间距160 mm)的钢筋焊网结构配筋方案最优,可作为底座优化设计推荐方案。Double-block baUasdess track is a common track structure used in passenger dedicated railway. As an important part of such track structure in bridge section, the existing basic reference frame of base design adopts the ordinary reinforced concrete structure. In engineering practice, the ordinary reinforced concrete structure has some shortcomings and could not guarantee the base strength and durability of ballasdess track structure. Combing with Chengdu-Chongqing passenger dedicated railway, the base opdmum design schemes were studied and analyzed from four aspects including reinforcement rado, concrete strength, crack width and economy. The research results show that steel welded mesh structure reinforcement scheme is opdmal, the base of which uses 38 longitudinal and 80 transverse steel bars with 10 mm diameter and 160 mm spacing, and can be used as the recommended scheme for base optimum design.
