摘  要:大西客专综合试验段无砟轨道曲线超高按速度200 km/h设计,开行最高速度385 km/h试验列车时曲线欠超高过大,影响行车安全性和舒适性。通过建立列车-双块式无砟轨道动力学模型,首先对试验段各曲线的行车安全性和舒适性进行了动力学评估检算,确定了需进行超高调整的曲线,然后针对需调整超高的曲线开展了动力学计算分析,从保证行车安全性和舒适性角度结合扣件调整能力得出了曲线超高调整方案。具体方案为:半径10,12 km的曲线,维持既有超高设置,不调整;半径7 km的曲线,超高从70 mm增加至130 mm;半径8 km的曲线,超高从60 mm增加至100 mm。既有可调超高扣件能满足调整幅度要求。The baUasdess track curve superelevation is designed with the speed of 200 km/h in comprehensive experimental section of Datong-Xi'an passenger dedicated railway line. The deficient elevation of curve is too large when the test train is running at top speed of 385 km/h, which has affected the traffic safety and comfort. By establishing the train-double block ballasdess track coupled dynamic model, the dynamic evaluation for traffic safety and comfort of each curve in experimental section was carried out, the curve needing the superelevation adjustment was identified, the dynamic calculation and analysis were carried out for the adjusting curve, and the curve superelevation adjustment scheme was obtained by combining with the fastener adjustment ability in order to ensure traffic safety and comfort. The specific scheme is that superelevafion design needs not to be adjusted for the curve with radius of 10 km and 12 km, superelevation needs to be increased from 70 mm to 130 mm for the curve with radius of 7 km, superelevation needs to be increased from 60 mm to 100 mm for the curve with radius of 8 km, and the existing adjustable superelevation fastener could satisfy the adjustment amplitude requirement.
