改良FR-Ⅲ功能矫治器对安氏Ⅲ类错颌的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究改良FR-Ⅲ功能矫治器治疗对于安氏Ⅲ类错颌临床治疗效果的影响。方法从2012年5月-2014年1月期间在我院接受治疗的安氏Ⅲ类错颌患者中随机抽取53例作为本次研究对象,按照随机双盲法原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组27例采用改良FR-Ⅲ功能矫治器进行正畸矫正,对照组26例采用传统功能矫治器进行矫正,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效、畸形恢复时间及口腔功能,同时比较患者满意度。结果治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,SNA角、AVB角、SNB角、UI-NA角、LI-NB角、LI-MP角、UI-SN角改善情况明显优于对照组,且对口腔功能的影响也少于对照组,畸形恢复时间短于对照组,治疗组患者满意度高于对照组,均差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良FR-Ⅲ功能矫治器相对传统矫治器而言,更适用于日常生活,矫正速度快、不影响口腔功能,尤其适用于爱美人士。Objective To explore the modified FR -Ⅲ functional appliance treatment effect for the clinical treatment effect and class. Methods From May 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital accepted treatment of class Ⅲ malocclusion patients randomly selected 53 cases as the research object, and then according to the randomized double blind development of principle the selected object of study were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. The former cases in 27 cases were modified with fr Ⅲ functional appliance orthodontic correction, and the latter in 26 cases were corrected with traditional functional appliance. The comparative observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, deformity recovery time and oral function, and the patient satisfaction （mainly patients satisfaction with the beautiful） were compared. Results Comparison, it is found that in the treatment group the clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group, and the angle and the li - mp SNA angle, AVB angle, SNB angle and ui - na angle, LI - NB angle, UI - SN angle improvement was better than that of the control group. For the effects of oral function compared with the control group, the deformity recovery time is shorter than that of the control group. In terms of patient satisfaction, treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference has significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared to traditional appliance, modified fr Ⅲ functional appliance more suitable for daily life, correction speed, which does not affect the oral function, especially for Amy.
