摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤患者治疗前后血清中胸苷激酶1(TK1)表达的差异及其对肿瘤性疾病早期预警的临床意义。方法采用胸苷激酶1检测试剂盒(酶免疫点印迹化学发光法)对院内进行治疗的120例肿瘤患者血清TK1进行检测,对比治疗前后血清TK1的变化情况及与生物学行为相关参数之间的关系。结果治疗后血清TK1浓度为(1.65±0.31)pmol/L,显著低于治疗前浓度(2.51±0.73)pmol/L,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄与血清TK1的浓度呈现正性相关性(P<0.05),TK1在大肠癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、恶性淋巴瘤、胃癌及食管癌中的阳性表达率均较高,尤其是恶性淋巴瘤中,与各阳性组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤复发和转移组血清TK1的平均浓度和阳性检出率分别为(2.18±0.64)pmol/L、44.93%,显著高于未复发和转移组(1.03±0.31)pmol/L、3.92%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大肠癌和肺癌不同分期之间TK1阳性表达之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对于肿瘤患者而言,可将TK1水平的程度作为患者机体内肿瘤细胞增殖及是否存在复发可能性的指标,同时此项指标还可作为恶性肿瘤的早期筛查项之一,对恶性肿瘤具有较高的预警性。Objective To investigate the serum thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) expression difference in the tumor patients before and after treatment to provide the clinical significance of neoplastic disease early warning. Methods The thymidine kinase 1 Detection Kit (enzyme immuno dot blot chemiluminescence method) of hospital for treatment of 120 cases of tumor patients serum TK1 were detected and compared before and after treatment and the changes of serum TK1 and biological behavior between the relevant parameters. Results After treatment, serum concentration of TK1 were ( 1.65 ±0. 31 ) pmol/ L, and the concentration was significantly lower than (2. 51 ±0. 73) pmol/L of pre - treatment. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The concentration of age and serum TK1 showed positive correlation (P 〈 0. 05 ). In the posi-tive expression of TK1 in colorectal cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer and malignant lymphoma gastric and esophageal carcinoma, the rate is higher, especially in malignant lymphoma, and the positive group had significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The average concentration of tumor recurrence and metastasis group of serum TK1 and the positive rate was (2. 18 ±0. 64) pmol/L, 44. 93%, significantly higher than that of (1.03 ±0. 31 ) pmol/L, 3.92% of non recurrence and metastasis group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05) ; There was significant difference between colorectal cancer and lung cancer in different stages between the positive expression of TK1 (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion For cancer patients, serum TK1 level might be a marker of tumor cell proliferation in patients, and it might be a possibility of recurrence indicators, and also the indicators can also as malignant tumor early screening of one of malignant tumor with high warning.
