摘　　要：关注医院青年行政管理人员的职业发展规划、拓宽其职业发展通道,对新医改背景下打造职业化、专业化医院管理队伍有着重要的意义。笔者通过对医院行政管理人员的横向职业发展通道的国内外研究进行文献综述,了解其研究现状,总结可借鉴之处,为后续进行医院青年行政管理人员的横向职业发展通道研究和实践提供指导。To make the young administrators of hospitals professional and specialization in the context of new medical reform. It is important to focus on their career development plans and expand their career paths. By reviewing the research progress on lateral career paths of young administrators in hospitals domestically and internationally, the article aims to know about the research status quo in the very field and summaries some uesful lessons, for providing the theory and practice guidance in further study.
