摘　　要：当前,我国社会正处于经济发展方式转变和企业转型升级时期,劳动关系复杂多变,《劳务派遣暂规定》颁布实施后又衍生出一系列新的问题。文章旨在通过对北京怀柔区内劳务派遣单位和用工单位的调查,了解该范围内的劳务派遣用工实际存在的问题,分析原因,并为进一步规制劳务派遣用工提供相关对策。At present, our society is in the period of transformation of the modern economic development and up- grading of enterprises. The labor relation is complex and changeable. After the promulgation and implementation of the Labor Dispatch Temporary Regulations, a series of new problems arose. This paper aims at the investigation of labor dis- patch units and employment units in Huairou District of Beijing, understanding within the scope of the labor dispatch employment situation. The characteristics and problems are discussed, to provide reference for further regulation of labor dispatch.
