摘 要:目的通过对临床医学专业新生心理健康自我调整情况进行对比研究,为今后开展医学生心理健康教育提供一定的理论依据和数据支持。方法采用90项症状自评量表(Symptom Check List 90,SCL-90)对某医学院校临床专业2014级新生入学初期及入学1年后的心理健康变化情况进行问卷调查,进而综合探讨临床专业新生的心理健康状况及自我调整情况。结果初测时,临床医学专业新生SCL-90的9个因子得分及总分均高于国内常模水平,且在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖5个因子得分及SCL-90总分方面得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复测时,临床医学专业新生SCL-90的8个因子得分及总分仍高于国内常模水平,但仅在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑3个因子得分及SCL-90总分方面得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复测时,临床医学专业新生SCL-90的强迫因子得分虽低于国内常模水平,但差异无统计学意义。复测时临床医学专业新生在SCL-90的9个因子得分及SCL-90总分均低于初测,但仅在SCL-90总分方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过1年的在校生活和学习,临床专业新生能够在一定程度上的对自身的心理健康状况进行调节,但仍存在一定的问题,需要引起学生管理工作者的足够重视。Objective To investigate the self-adjustment of mental health of medical college freshmen in clinical profession, so as to provide the reference for the future development of more reasonable and effective mental health guid- ance. Methods A total of 290 medical college freshmen inclinical profession were investigated by using SCL-90 to test their mental health at the entrance and one year later, respectively. Results At the entrance, the scores of 9 factors and total score of SCL-90 were all higher than those of the normal group, and the differences in somatization, interpersonal rela- tionship, depression, anxiety, fear and total scoreswere statistically significant (P〈0.05). One year later, the scores of 8 fac- tors and total score of SCL-90 were still higher than those of the normal group, but only the differences in interpersonal re- lationship, depression, anxiety and total scoreswere statistically significant (P〈0.05). The scores of 9 factors and total score of SCL-90 tested one year later were all lower than those tested at the entrance, but only the difference in total score was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion By one year living and study in the university, the freshmen in clinical profession can adjust their mental health status insomedegree, but there are still some problems, which should be paid much attention to by the school authority.
