摘 要:目的评价同伴教育对大学生艾滋病知识态度行为的影响。方法对300名欲加入某大学艾滋病同伴教育阳光站的大一新生进行为期3个月的性知识、性观念及艾滋病知识的同伴教育,比较干预前后大学生艾滋病知识、态度及可能危险行为变化,评价干预效果。结果同伴教育后大学生艾滋病知识正确率及态度正向率均较干预前提高,如果发生性行为时使用安全套的比例增加,差异有统计学意义。但教育前后认为自己可能会发生非婚性行为的比例差异无统计学意义。结论短期的结合性知识、性观念的艾滋病同伴教育能提高大学生的艾滋病知识水平及正向态度,提高大学生性行为时使用安全套的比例,但对于降低艾滋病危险性行为的效果尚不十分理想。Objective To evaluate the impact of peer education on AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior of col- lege students. Methods A total of 300 freshmen who wished to join an AIDS peer education sun station in a university received a peer education of sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes and AIDS knowledge for 3 months. The changes of AIDS knowledge, attitudes and the possible risk behaviors were compared before and after the intervention. Results The pos- itive rates of AIDS knowledge and attitude were higher after the peer education than betbre.The proportion of condom use significantly increased if there was a sexual activity, but the proportion of students who thought they might have non-marital sex did not change significantly after the intervention. Conclusion The AIDS peer education combined with sexual knowledge and sexual concept education in a short term can improve the knowledge level and positive attitude towards AID- Sand the proportion of condom use in college students, but it is not very good for reducing the risk sexual behavior of AIDS.
