喉癌组织中CyclinD1与Survivin表达的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究CyclinD1与Survivin 在喉癌组织中的表达情况，探讨它们之间的相关性及临床意义。方法选取2015－04－01～2016－04－01期间手术治疗并病理证实的62例喉癌组织作为喉癌组，26例正常喉粘膜组织作为对照组，应用免疫组织化学（S－P法）检测CyclinD1与Survivin的表达。结果（1）CyclinD1与Survivin在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为61．3％和83．3％，明显高于正常对照组（19．2％，16．7％），其差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。（2）在喉癌组织中，当Cy-clinD1的表达水平较高时，Survivin的表达水平也增高。由此可见，CyclinD1与 Survivin的表达有相关性，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论（1）CyclinD1与Survivin在喉癌组织中的表达可作为喉癌鉴别的辅助诊断。（2）CyclinD1与Survivin的表达呈正相关。联合检测此二者的基因表达将有助于喉癌的早期诊断和预后判断。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of CyclinD 1 and Survivin in laryngeal carcinoma and among the two.Methods Immunohistochemistry （S-P method） was examined in 62 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 26 ca-ses of normal laryngeal mucosa ,Survivin CyclinD1.Results （1） CyclinD1,Survivin in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal laryngeal mucosa positive group ,the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）.（2） CyclinD1 was positively correlated with Survivin expression （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion （1） Up regulate the expression of CyclinD1 and Survivin in laryngeal carcinoma.It can be used as a differential diagnosis of laryngeal index .（2） CyclinD1 positively correlated with Survivin ex-pression,suggesting that the two may there is a synergistic effect in the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma .The early diagnosis and prognosis of combined detection of expression of the two will be helpful in laryngeal carcinoma .
