二线TP、IP化疗方案用于耐药型小细胞肺癌患者治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：对二线TP、IP化疗方案用于耐药型小细胞肺癌患者治疗中的临床效果进行评定。方法：随机选择某院2012年6月~2015年6月接收的26例耐药型小细胞肺癌患者（治疗组）,接受IP化疗方案治疗;同期选取26例耐药型小细胞肺癌患者（对照组）,接受TP方案治疗,观察两组疗效。结果：对所有入选患者进行系统性评估后,发现治疗组入选患者疾病控制率30.77%,对照组11.54%（P〉0.05）。结论：二线TP、IP化疗方案用于耐药型小细胞肺癌患者均可取得显著疗效,可进一步提升患者预后水平。Objective：To assess the clinical effect of second-line chemotherapy regimens TP,IP solutions in the treatment for the lung cancer patients with drug-resistant type small cells.Methods：26 cases of lung cancer with drug-resistant type small cells received in a hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were taken as the treatment group who were treated with IP chemotherapy and the other 2 6 cases of lung cancer with drug-resistant type small cells taken as the control group who were treated with TP scheme.Then observe the cur-ative effect of two groups.Results：After systemic evaluation on all the selected patients,it was found that the disease control rates of the treatment group was 30.77%,the control group was 11.54% （P〉0.05）.Con-clusion：Cinical effect of Second-line chemotherapy TP,IP solutions in the treatment for the lung cancer pa-tients with drug-resistant type small cells is remarkable,which can further enhance the level of patients prognosis.
