全程优质护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用观察

摘　　要：目的：探索在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用全程优质护理的应用效果。方法：选择2014年2月～5月在某院拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者60例作为优质护理组,选择2013年9月～12月已行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者60例作为常规护理组。常规护理组按常规护理模式给予护理服务,优质护理组在对照组的基础上实施全程优质护理模式,比较两组患者的恢复情况、心理状况和护理满意度及评分。结果：入院前两组患者数据无明显性差异,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,经不同护理后,全程优质护理组护理质量评分及患者满意度明显高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术中实施全程优质护理可改善患者焦虑和恐惧等不良心理,提高患者配合度和患者满意度,减少医疗纠纷,加快康复速度,缩短康复时间,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective：To explore the application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and application effect of whole quality of nursing.Methods：In a hospital in February 2014 to May 2014 to line treatment of 60 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy as high quality nursing group,choose from September 2013 to December 2013 line has 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment for routine nursing group. Routine nursing group routinely give nursing care,nursing mode of high quality nursing groups in the control group on the basis of the implementation of the entire high quality nursing mode.Compare two groups of pa-tients＇recovery,psychological status and nursing satisfaction and score.Results：The data of two groups pa-tients prior to admission has no obvious sex difference,no statistical significance （P〉0.05）,after different nursing,all the high quality nursing quality score and patient satisfaction nursing group was obviously higher than that of conventional care group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,Conclusion：Lap-aroscopic cholecystectomy in the implementation of the whole as well as the high quality nursing care can im-prove patients＇anxiety and fear psychology,improve patient compliance and patient satisfaction,reduce the medical disputes,speed up the recovery,shorten the recovery time,is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
