摘　　要：临床实习是医学教育的关键环节,是医学教育不可缺少的部分。输血医学作为一门新兴学科,实习教学起步晚,教学经验欠缺,难免有很多矛盾与不足。本文在阐述输血科实习教学工作中存在问题的基础上,探索相应的解决方法以期提高输血科实习的教学质量。Clinical practice is the key to medical education,and an indispensable part of medical education. Blood transfusion medicine is an emerging subject,its practice teaching starts late and lacks of experience,and it unavoidably has a lot of contradictions and disadvantages. On the basis of expounding the existed problems in the practice teaching work of the blood transfusion branch,we explore the corresponding solutions in order to improve the practice teaching quality of blood transfusion branch.
